I enjoyed taking AG1 and didn’t experience any negative effects from it, or so I thought… until I mentioned a sudden increase in hair loss and cold intolerance / body temperature regulation issues. Andrew Huberman has stated in podcast #42 that regular consumption of non-caloric sweeteners in combination with things that raise blood glucose like carbs (which AG1 contains) can cause people to become pre-diabetic.
